We offer free shipping to the Contiguous United States (lower 48 states excluding APO/FPO and PO Boxes). We do not offer shipping outside of the Contiguous United States.

Many of our products ship within 1 business day, although some do take longer. Please note the Lead Time on each product for the best estimate. After shipping, delivery can take between 1-5 days.

It is our policy to charge credit cards at the time of purchase. This is stated in our Terms and Conditions in the section titled Credit Card Payments (Terms of Use)
Some of our filters do take longer to ship. The estimated shipping lead time for each filter is listed on the product page.

Purchasing air filters can be confusing, and mistakes happen. We understand how frustrating this can be. While we do not offer exchanges, we would be happy to help you with a return.

If an order has multiple products on it, we will hold the entire order until it is all ready to ship. This means that the product with the longest estimated shipping lead time will determine the lead time for your entire order.   

If you would like the products on your order to be shipped separately, please feel free to reach out to us via chat, email or phone and we would be happy to do so for you.

We accept most major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

If you are interested in our future sales, you may wish to sign up for our newsletter. We send out emails periodically, and these emails will give you exclusive access to our sale events.

  1. You will receive an order confirmation/invoice to the email you used to place the order. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder and add us to your list of allowed addresses.
  2. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number for your order.
  3. Your order arrives via the carrier.

Yes, one your order has completed and the payment is processed, you will receive an invoice to the email address you used on the order.
